Dr. Michael A. Hancock, Middle School Asst. Principal, HJRSRHS

My name is Dr. Mike Hancock.  I am the Middle School Assistant Principal for Hardeeville Junior & Senior High School. I am happy to be a part of this incredible team.

 I hold the follow degrees from various learning institutions:

 Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, from Beinville University,

 Masters in Middle Grades Education, from Armstrong Atlantic State University,

 Juris Doctorate from Novus Law School,

 Educational Specialist degree in Teacher leadership from Walden University,

 Educational Specialist degree in Educational/Administrative leadership from Columbus State University,

 and will hold a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership from Pepperdine University this Fall of 2023.

I have been in education for 19 years. I taught middle and high school Social Studies and History, as well as served as an Assistant Principal for the last 5 years.

I have been married to my wife Michelle for the last 30 years. I have 4 daughters, Elizabeth, Sarah, Jamie, and Presley, along with a granddaughter Evelynn Mae. I love helping and working with my students in order to help find their passion for education, a zeal for knowledge, as well as prepare them to be productive citizens.
