we're still looking at the development of the early river valley civilizations so this is just a continuation with looking at and comparing the emergence of agriculture early people and how it affected their community you'll be given a agricultural improvements of the given the agricultural improvements of the early Valley River Valley civilizations you should be able to compare the development of agricultural practice among the settlers so what we're looking at is how the settlers use the different agricultural practices that develop what did they use to help them as far as agriculture essential question inquiry-based question is this how did the inhabitants of early civilizations innovate to meet their needs how did they make the necessary changes to meet their needs so that's what we're going to be looking at in this particular part so now what if you woke up one morning and realize that we no longer have any Farmers no one too far there's no farming what would be the implications on what would be the results anyone want tell me what you think your results would be well do not have any more food because the farmers the farmers are not here so if the phones are not here we can't get any more food unless we have to do it okay well they also wouldn't be able to have any of the things that the farmers would make like Sill okay what else so we wouldn't be able is growing healthier the living law because they have a regular Supply they also begin to trade their extra food or Surplus for supplies that cannot produce themselves and since it was so much food being produced they didn't need everyone in seals now so some workers specializing in a specific we are good water supply generally a river so now you are able to grow a steady supply of food so that people eating on a regular basis every day they have a steady supply so now they're growing they're growing so much food did they have a surplus so now they can take what they were wrong and traded not other people can go and specialize in a specific job so now farming and domesticating domestication of animals had a huge humans now they can grow a constant food supply and because people will no longer roaming around a living nomadic lifestyle they start to settle down to form communities this is what it's now the cultural revolution so the Agricultural Revolution is when farming and domestication of animals starting now able to grow a food supply and they weren't rolling around so they didn't have to chase animals are in one spot so they started forming communities okay I get it someone you're asked what do your Agricultural Revolution is this is what it was farming domestication of animals settling down starting communities growing a constant food supply Sanaya in your notebook use the information you've learned to create a short email to your best friend your BFF and explain what you learn in a quick email I'll give you a couple of minutes to do that send a text to historical marker for one of the early River Valley communities what should you include the proposal should include why you believe there should be a marker or a memorial and why is it important to history
