Kudos to the Hardeeville-Ridgeland Middle Softball team, under the leadership of Coach Badger and Coach Clark. They initiated #OperationProm2017! For #OperationProm2017, the softball team collected prom dresses, shoes, and gift certificates for the 2017 Prom season. The student-athletes and their coaches understand that preparing for prom can be very expensive. It is often a hassle for some of our parents and students. The team was excited to assist students as needed.
A few weeks ago, HRMS Softball team visited Ridgeland-Hardeeville High School. They helped a few young ladies with selecting and trying on dresses and shoes as well as painting their nails. They were able to assist four young ladies with prom attire as well as giving away a few gift certificates.
The softball team collected over 20 prom dresses and over 10 pairs of shoes.
Gift certificates for Shades of Color Salon and Queen Nail Salon (donated by Stacey Adams Alumni Jasper County Schools). Superior Cleaners of Hardeeville donated hangers and garment bags for the dresses.
Ridgeland-Hardeeville High School Prom 2017 was successful for all attendees.
