HRMS Students Attend Fire Safety and Violence Prevention Assemblies

On Wednesday, November 16, HRMS students convened in the school gymnasium for a presentation by U.S. Attorney Charles Bourne about the Student Pledge Against Gun Violence. This national program honors the role that young people, through their own decisions, can play in reducing gun violence (http://www.pledge.org/). The following day, eighth graders attended a fire safety assembly conducted by Jasper County Fire Marshall Joey Malphrus.
