*Please be reminded that it is a REQUIREMENT for your child to have his/her T-daP immunization prior to entering the 7th grade.
*If your child has received his/her T-DaP immunization, please have the record faxed to the school nurse at Hardeeville-Ridgeland Middle School, Nurse Moore at 843-784-2167.
*Summer break is a good time to get caught up on immunizations. Jasper County Health Department no longer offers immunization clinics. If you need immunizations, please reach out to Beaufort County Health Department, Hampton County Health Department, or your provider of choice.
