Welcome to 7th Grade Math!! I am very excited to have each and every one of you in my class. This year is going to focused on student learning and engagement with mathematical concepts. The class is fast paced, but at the same time it is about students learning information for mastery, not memorization. All lessons taught are based on the South Carolina State Standards for 7th grade math and a list of the standards was attached to the course syllabus.I look forward to working, learning, and growing with you this school year.

A review of the standards covered in unit will take place on Monday and Tuesday, October 8th and 9th. Unit 1 Test will take place on Wednesday, October 10th. Please make sure to review the notes in your math notebook and be prepared to ask questions on concepts that you do not understand.
